At the beginning of the 2nd quarter, we took the lead with amazing team play. Fradi really needed this goal, it motivated the players and the third goal came quickly for us. Vámos Márton scored with clinical finish (3-1). OSC was able to shoot a goal (3-2), but we responded fast with another goal of Vámos (4-2). Unfortunately, we couldn’t keep this advantage, OSC scored once more and the score was 4-3 at the end of the 2nd quarter.
We started the 3rd quarter with two shots against the post, our opponent benefited from this and scored an equalizer. Right before the end, Vámos scored again at the best moment, we took the lead again!
The beginning of the fourth period was goalless for both teams. OSC had some chances to even the scoreline but was not able to actually score a goal, Vogel Soma saved beautifully. FTC, on the other hand, found the net again. Sedlmayer Tamás scored twice and decided the game.
We defeated OSC 8-6.
