The ladies football team played against MTK in the first game of the finals.

The first half had opportunities from both teams, but Fradi was definitely more dominant on the pitch. The girls, who have just won the Hungarian cup were all very motivated.
Even though we had promising chances - Poljak and Csigi were both dangerous near the net–MTK opened the scoring.
In the 31st minute, the referee gave a penalty to Fradi, we used the situation and equalized.

We started the second half with an even scoreline. The fans didn’t have to wait long for the first opportunity–Pusztai led the ball to the net wonderfully, but the goalkeeper of MTK saved.
In the 70th minute, Fenyvesi took the ball in possession and passed it onward to Poljak who scored! We took the lead.
A few minutes later Csigi put a ball in the net too, but unfortunately, it was offside.

We defeated MTK 2-1 in the first game of the finals. We’ll face them for the second game on Sunday at 2 pm at the Új Hidegkuti Nándor Stadium.
