In almost spring-like weather our team hosted Kisvárda today at the Groupama Arena. Although we dominated throughout the 90 minutes, this was no easy game: the opponents built a closed defense and our players were not sharp enough to break that up easily. We tried from close and from distance but the nets remained untouched in the first half. Then, in the second, the away team even created a few one-on-one attacks where Dibusz saved our goal brilliantly. Finally, substitute Leandro won the match for us, just as he did one week ago against Zalaegerszeg. The 16-time Hungarian champion scored from 18 with a precise shot to the low left corner of the goal.
Next week Ludogorets arrives to the Groupama Arena in the second round of the UEFA Europa League Group Stage.
