Our 32-time Hungarian champion men's soccer team played their second preparation match against the Bulgarian Ludogorets Razgrad in Kufstein. Ours started with Szécsi - Wingo, Blazic, Dvali, Civic - Vécsei, Haratin - Gera, Tokmac, Uzuni - Mmaee.
First half
Although the two teams have met several times in recent years (Champions League qualifier, Europa League group stage), the first few minutes were spent getting to know each other.
We had to wait until the 23rd minute for the first goal. Our Bosnian defender was in the center of the pitch and attention: Eldar Civic curved the ball into the middle, where Uzuni arrived unstoppably and gained us the lead with an intolerable header (1-0). Three minutes before the end of the half, Souza's flat shot was defended by Szécsi. Tekpetey was injured at the end of the half, so the first half ended with his care.
Second half
Peter Stöger made one change during the break: Gergő Szécsi was replaced by Ádám Varga. Barely three minutes after the start, Wanderson could have been in a serious position, but Dvali did his job as a defender and neutralized the Bulgarian attack with an excellent tackle.
In the 60th minute, our head coach made a complete change of team: with the exception of Ádám Varga, who stepped the field for the second half, everyone was substituted. Olivér Nagy, Patrick Iyinbor, Dominik Csontos, Zyen Jones - Redzic Damir, Bonaint Katona, Aissa Laidouni, Roland Hajdú - Roko Baturina were the fresh players.
In the 73rd minute, we were attacking again: Jones got the ball on the left, then finished the cross nicely to the middle, where Boli arrived and immediately shot into the goal (2-0). In the 81st minute, the Bulgarians could put one in the net through Sotiriou, but six minutes later came Laidouni, who set the final score (3-1)!
Our next training match (the last one of the camp) will be played on the 25th of June against the German SV Heimstetten at 18.00.
