We celebrated Attila Molnár at Groupama Arena!
Our athlete won European Championship gold medal and also came third in the relay at the World Championship.

The president of Ferencvárosi Torna Club, Gábor Kubatov, greeted and presented Attila Molnár with a gift before the FTC–Újpest FC MOL Hungarian Cup quarter-final at the Groupama Arena. We also made a video about all this.

Attila Molnár has achieved amazing successes in recent times, which has brought great glory not only to our club, but also to the whole nation of Hungary. At the indoor continental tournament in the Netherlands, he triumphed in the 400-meter short track with a time of 45.25 seconds, and won the first European Championship athletics medal in Ferencváros' history.

After that, he put himself to the test at the Chinese World Athletic Indoor Championship. He finished fourth in the individual 400 meters with a time of 45.77 seconds. Then he won a historic bronze medal as a member of the 4x400 relay team. With the best time of 44.72 seconds, he brought the Hungarian relay team to third place. Molnár and his team won the sixth medal in the history of Hungarian athletics at the World Indoor Championships.

The audience at the Groupama Arena stood up and applauded Attila Molnár for his sensational performance.
